6. Can employees contact employers first?
No. Employees can only initiate contact after their job request has been accepted or their availability has been booked. This protects employer privacy and maintains platform professionalism.
7. How are payments handled on Qfindex?
Qfindex does not process payments between users. It is the responsibility of employers and employees to agree on a preferred payment method (e.g., cash, interact , visa,master, PayPal,). This gives users complete flexibility and control over their payments.
8. How will I receive updates?
All job-related updates, such as job requests, acceptance, rejection, cancellations, check-in, check-out, reviews and ratings, are sent via email and in-app notifications in real time.
9. Does Qfindex help to prescreen or verify employees or employers?
No. Qfindex only connects employees and employers and does not prescreens users qualifications. Both parties are responsible for verifying each other’s identity, qualifications, and suitability for the job. Users are encouraged to ask questions, check references, and take necessary precautions.
10. Can I report issues or users?
Yes. You can report a user or issue using the report feature in the app or by contacting Qfindex support through the Contact Us form.
11. Can I delete or deactivate my account?
Yes. Users can deactivate or permanently delete their accounts at any time via their account settings.
12. Does an employee pay to use Qfindex?
No. Signing up, creating a profile, and applying for jobs on Qfindex is completely free. Employees only pay if they want to unlock premium features designed to boost visibility and convenience, such as: Live Schedule Availability publish your available times so employers can directly book you; Quick Search Boost – appear higher in employer searches; Direct Booking Tools – allow instant employer bookings without waiting for job posts. When you subscribe to Live Schedule Availability, employers can book you directly.
13. Do employers pay to use Qfindex?
No. Creating an account and browsing employee profiles on Qfindex is free. Employers only pay when they want to post jobs or unlock certain advanced features. Job Posting Subscription – Employers who want to create and publish job postings will need a subscription plan. Direct Booking via Employee Schedule – If an employee has already subscribed to the Live Schedule Availability feature and published their availability, employers can book them directly at no extra cost. Premium Employer Tools (Optional) Employers can subscribe for extras such as priority job listings and enhanced search filters. So: Posting a job = employer pays; Booking from an employee’s live schedule = free for employer (employee already subscribed).
14. Do I need to worry about trust and safety on Qfindex?
No. Qfindex is built to protect both employees and employers. All users must create verified profiles. Secure in-app chat and video call features are provided. Job check-in/check-out and completion confirmation reduce disputes. A dedicated support team is available to assist with any issues.
15. Do I need to worry about getting help if I have an issue?
No. You can reach the Qfindex support team directly through the in-app Help Center or by email. We are always available to assist with account issues, payments, job disputes, or general inquiries.
16. Do I need experience to find jobs on Qfindex?

Yes, you can. But keep in mind that frequent cancellations may lower your chances of being matched quickly in the future.

19. How do I verify an employee’s skills?
Many workers upload certifications and IDs to their profiles. You can also filter your search to only view verified workers.
