Responsibilities as an Employee:

• As an employee you have the right to cancel or refuse the job if you feel it's an unsafe work environment.
• As an employee you have the right to be informed about workplace hazards and have access to relevant safety information.
• Always make sure that a friend/family member knows where you are going.
• Be aware of any changes in job description upon arrival, if you notice any unfavorable changes, report back to Qfindex.
• You're responsible to check-in, check-out and notify of job completion within the Qfindex app.
• Report to Qfindex anything outside the job description that the employer has asked of you.
• You have the right to be treated fairly and without discrimination based on protected characteristics like race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
• Harassment such as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, verbal or physical harassment of any nature should not be tolerated and should be reported immediately.
• If the posted job changes ie. profile display, time or location, duration, wages agreed upon during or after employment had been concluded you should report to Qfindex.
• You have the right to be paid for completed work at the agreed upon wage and schedule.
• It is your responsibility to inform the employer ahead of time if you will be late or unable to make it.
• At the end of your job, it's advisable to rate and review your job experience with the employer to create awareness and allow other employees to know what to expect. Employers also rate and review their employees.
• Communicate through Qfindex for ease, safety and transparency.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

• Respectful communication.
  Members should engage in respectful and courteous communication at all times. Avoiding insults, harassment, or demeaning, damaging language.
• No hate speech or discrimination.
  Content promoting hate or discrimination based on race, age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability is strictly prohibited.
• Constructive criticism.
  When offering criticism, it should be constructive and aimed at helping and improving, rather than disparaging or belittling.
• Privacy
  Members must respect the privacy of others and not share personal information without consent.
• Content relevance
  Posts and discussions should be relevant to the community’s purpose and topics. Activities, discussions, or content promoting illegal activities, including piracy, illicit drug use, or other unlawful conduct, are forbidden.
• No explicit content.
  Sharing explicit, adult, or NSFW (not safe for work) content is not permitted.
• Report rule violations.
  Members should report any content or behavior that violates the community guidelines.

Failure to respect all the above guidelines could result in being reported to the authorities and or termination on the platform.
