Responsibilities as an Employee:

  • Be aware of any changes in employee appearance if different from profile, please report to Qfindex.
  • You may choose to request for a government issued ID of employees before arrival at job location.
  • You're responsible to confirm check-in, check-out and confirm job completion within the Qfindex app.
  • As an employer it is your responsibility to inform employees about workplace hazards and have access to relevant safety information available.
  • It is your responsibility to treat others fairly and without discrimination based on protected characteristics like, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
  • Harassment such as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, verbal or physical harassment of any nature should not be tolerated and should be reported immediately.
  • If the profile display or information of an employee changes after employment has been agreed upon you should report to Qfindex.
  • Employees have the right to be paid for completed work at the agreed upon wage and schedule.
  • It is your responsibility to inform the employee ahead of time if there are changes in location, start time or otherwise.
  • At the end of your job, it's advisable to rate and review your job experience with the employee to create awareness and allow other employers to know what to expect. Employees also rate and review their employers.
  • Communicate through Qfindex for ease, safety and transparency.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

  • Respectful communication.
    Members should engage in respectful and courteous communication at all times. Avoiding insults, harassment, or demeaning, damaging language.
  • No hate speech or discrimination.
    Content promoting hate or discrimination based on race, age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability is strictly prohibited.
  • Constructive criticism.
    When offering criticism, it should be constructive and aimed at helping and improving, rather than disparaging or belittling.
  • Privacy
    Members must respect the privacy of others and not share personal information without consent.
  • Content relevance
    Posts and discussions should be relevant to the community’s purpose and topics. Activities, discussions, or content promoting illegal activities, including piracy, illicit drug use, or other unlawful conduct, are forbidden.
  • No explicit content.
    Sharing explicit, adult, or NSFW (not safe for work) content is not permitted.
  • Report rule violations.
    Members should report any content or behavior that violates the community guidelines.

Failure to respect all the above guidelines could result in being reported to the authorities and or termination on the platform.
